Another Benefit of the CBTF System

The benefits of the Schock 40's CBTF system give you more than just blazing speed on the water. The boat is so lightweight that it can be easily dry sailed and launched with a 4-ton hoist. No need for an expensive 40 foot slip or boat yard charges--we dry sailed the Red Hornet in San Diego and it only took 15 minutes to go from the parking lot to the bay!

Now, just imagine--you want to sail Key West Race Week or the Big Boat Series or the Chicago-Mac race? With a few simple adjustment, your Schock 40 is ready to be towed to the races with a standard full-size pickup or SUV. After the Big Boat Series in San Francisco, we wanted to race the Red Hornet in the Little Ensenada Race in San Diego. On Tuesday morning the boat was sailing on San Francisco Bay and by Wednesday afternoon the boat was sailing in San Diego Bay.
